  • Coconut Flour Crepes (Glucose and Starch Free of charge)
    At the house at the moment we have just a little obsession with crepes. They're easy to make, shop well in the fridge
    and have a wide variety of uses. They are my #1 go-to
    snack at the moment.
    These crepes are created with coconut flour. They are full of great protein,
    some healthful fats and no starches or sugar. I try to make most of my formulas low starch and low glucose.
    That way if you're struggling with irritation and starches flare up any observeable symptoms this recipe is
    really a secure option for you.
    Because crepes are so popular inside our house my
    husband has actually bought out the crepe making. We dual the recipe and
